GROUP REFORMER & TOWER
Our small group Reformer/Tower classes at Good Form Pilates offer a personalized experience with a maximum of six participants. We blend traditional Pilates movements with an athletic approach, focusing on precise form and quality movement to build strength, stability, and control. Using top-of-the-line Balanced Body equipment, our comprehensively certified instructors provide expert guidance and individualized attention to help you move better and feel your best.
Beginner – Intro to Pilates: Learn the fundamentals of Pilates with a focus on form, alignment, and core connection. Offered every other Saturday.
Beginner to Intermediate – Core Essentials: Build on the basics with added challenge to improve strength, stability, and control.
Intermediate/Advanced – Reformer Sculpt: Explore creative, full-body sequences that enhance coordination, control, and body awareness.
Pop-Up Classes: Check the schedule for themed playlists and targeted workouts designed to keep your routine fun and varied.
GROUP MAT PILATES SCULPT
Our Mat Pilates Sculpt classes blend classical Pilates principles with modern strength and conditioning for a dynamic, full-body workout. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll build strength, stability, and endurance through energizing, music-driven movement. Each class is designed to tone and challenge every major muscle group while improving posture, balance, and coordination. With a focus on mindful movement and proper form, Mat Pilates Sculpt helps you move with intention, build confidence, and leave feeling stronger and more energized.
Heated: Set in a room heated to 91°F, this class enhances flexibility, circulation, and muscle engagement for a deeper, sweat-infused workout.
Non-Heated: Enjoy the same sculpting, full-body flow in a comfortable, non-heated environment—perfect for those who prefer a cooler setting.
Strength & Sculpt: A more intense version of Mat Sculpt that incorporates heavier weights and bursts of cardio for an added challenge and total-body burn.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Our private Pilates sessions offer a fully customized experience designed to meet your individual goals, needs, and fitness level. Whether you’re new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or looking to advance your practice, private training allows for personalized instruction, hands-on guidance, and a pace tailored just for you. These sessions are ideal for refining form, building confidence, and experiencing the full benefits of Pilates in a focused, supportive environment.
Private One-on-One: Work individually with a comprehensively certified instructor using all Pilates apparatuses—including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair—for a fully customized, full-body session tailored to your specific goals.
Duet (Two-on-One): Enjoy a semi-private session with a partner or friend, combining individualized attention with the motivation of working together.
Trio (Three-on-One): A small group format that offers personal guidance and the fun, social energy of shared movement.
Private Group (Up to 6 Participants): Perfect for friends, family, or teams—book a private small group class designed around your group’s goals, pace, and experience level.
